Prior to founding Broad Reach Innovations, Bryan was a Senior Partner for eighteen years at Innovation Associates, the firm that pioneered the field of organizational learning. Bryan has been a central contributor to the creation of innovative tools, methods, and strategies for building inspired learning organizations. He has worked with the UN Foundation, the UN Office of the Secretary-General, and many other education, governmental, nonprofit, and business organizations worldwide. He was a founding faculty member for the Sustainable Enterprise Academy at York University in Toronto, and a coauthor of the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook, the Dance of Change, and The Necessary Revolution. Bryan is committed to supporting the growth of leadership and broad community capabilities in developing countries. As part of his doctoral research, he carried out the first empirical study of charismatic leadership in organizations, which has informed his work with leaders on six continents.
